Ordering

How do I order?
Choose an available product, select the required options and follow checkout. Custom and corporate requests follow a quotation-and-approval process.

Custom designs

Can I use my own image, logo or wording?
Yes. Submit your idea through the Custom Design page. We will review print suitability before quoting.

Will I approve the design?
Where a proof is required, production starts only after you approve it and the quotation.

Company clothing

How do I request branded garments?
Visit Company Clothing and send the requested company, garment, quantity, size, artwork and required-date details.

Sizing

How do I select a size?
Use our Size Guide for Men’s / Unisex and Ladies Cut measurements and instructions on finding your fit. Compare the measurements with a comfortable T-shirt you already own.

Production

How long does production take?
Production typically takes approximately 5–7 working days after payment and, for custom orders, final artwork or proof approval. Bulk, complex or special-order work may take longer.

Delivery and tracking

We deliver within South Africa. Standard delivery costs R100 for orders below R1,000 and is free for orders of R1,000 or more. The delivery option and charge displayed at checkout apply to your order.

Allow approximately 8–10 business days from a ready-to-process order to delivery, including production. After dispatch, courier delivery typically takes up to approximately 72 hours for many destinations. Outlying areas and other delays may extend these estimates.

Damaged, incorrect or unsuitable orders

Customer-supplied artwork

What artwork can I send?
Send the highest-quality file available. We will confirm acceptable formats and whether changes are needed. You must have permission to use any artwork, logo or image you submit.
